You will note at that link that there is a "Gluten Free" label at the top of the products that are gluten free. One of the founders of Shelf Reliance and Thrive Foods is married to a woman who must eat gluten free foods, so you can be assured that these are certified gluten free. Plus, I got to tour the facilities and actually saw the gluten free production area (from a healthy distance), and indeed, the FDA guidelines have given their stamp of approval to Shelf Reliance and Thrive Foods on their gluten free product-line.
